The collective was created to break the norms of the stereotypical stuffy therapy clinic. We are an eclectic team of therapists who are human first and foremost.
We’re moms, artists, bakers, neurodivergents, flower children, and plant enthusiasts. We’ve been hurt, we’ve been a mess, and we are doing the healing work alongside you. We won’t let you sit there and feel like you’re the only one who has ever gone through these struggles. We’ll be right there with you, normalizing the challenges of being human.
We’ve all been through a lot, and we recognize the importance of carving out this time for yourself! Our goal is to create a safe space where you feel truly seen and supported on your journey toward well-being, and for you to be able to show up exactly as you are.

Art Therapy is a therapeutic practice that uses the creative process of making art to improve a person’s emotional, mental, and physical well-being. It allows individuals to express themselves in a non-verbal way, often helping them explore feelings, reduce stress, and resolve conflicts. Art therapy can involve various forms of creative expression, such as drawing, painting, sculpting, or other art mediums.
-
Therapeutic coaching combines elements of traditional therapy and life coaching to support individuals in achieving personal growth and overcoming emotional or psychological barriers. Unlike traditional therapy, which often delves deeply into past traumas, therapeutic coaching is more present and future-oriented, helping clients develop self-awareness, build emotional resilience, and create actionable plans for personal or professional development.
